According to Telus, home internet overage charges will be waived till June 30 but the overage charges are still coming up on my bill summary. On my March bill, my overage charges were still listed but after I paid, I had a (-16.80) balance which was applied to my April bill. Is this how they're waiving overage charges? by applying it to the next bill?

You will need to contact Telus directly. No one on the forums here will have access to your account or billing.
