We live in Brampton and two door to door reps, Rissalat and Tayden, sold us on the internet, phone, and TV bundle a few weeks ago. They said the Stream+ Premium would be FREE with the bundle but no such service exists (it is $43 a month, minus $28 for the first 3 months). They said they would apply a $1400 credit to our bills to help us offset the cost of buying our of our phone plans and no such credits were applied. They told my wife she would have HGTV, Home Network, W, etc. and she does not. In fact, the Stream+ doesn't even work with the Firestick that they told us to buy. Either these two have no idea what they are selling, or they are willing to say anything to close the deal. Either way, we are super disappointed with the entire experience.

Forgot to mention that we have also been completely ghosted by these reps who are not returning any of our texts or calls. Just awful service overall

*If* they were Telus staff in the first place, it is very possible they are not Telus employees now, which is why they are ‘ghosting’ you.
I never make purchase decisions at the door. If it is such a great deal, the company will honour it in a call I initiate.
