I cannot stand this mobile company to be honest. I ported my cell number from my great Virgin Mobile network over to this company last night. It canceled my account with Virgin and told me in the "My Telus" app that my phone number is now active. Only problem, my SIM is not connected to the network. So, no I have no phone. The worst part, it's the most difficult task to get someone to talk to. When I finally did today, they said I should go to the store and have them give me a new SIM as the one the door to door agent gave me was defective. When I went there, the agent is telling me the number wasn't ported, and that I will need to put the Virgin SIM in the phone to get messages from Telus, as if she didn't hear me say the account was DEACTIVATED! Two nights now without a phone number and missing LOTS of important calls. I'm going to go back to Virgin Mobile tomorrow and see if they will reinstate my plan. If they won't I will look for another network. I know this company won't care. I don't matter. I'm only one customer and I'm not rich so they won't pay me any mind. I will try to avoid at least the mobile aspect of this company. They have great accessories but their service SUCKS!!!!!
