I'm livid at the misleading conversation I had with one of your sales team and contradict the bill completely.
One of your sales rep, door to door, Mr. HIEU MINH NGUYEN, Calls himself Jed\ Jakey in London, Ontario.
He sold me a combined package for ($325+$35) + Taxes. Package was supposed to have 3 mobile phone plans, Home Internet + Home security plan + Streaming services. When I told him that my phone device (Samsung S23 Ultra) was under a plan from Rogers, he gave me an offer (after pretending to talk to his Boss, (maybe)) that he will put in a promotion credit and that I will be given a credit of 460 dollars for the device adjustment if I get the home security plan. Apparently some special promotion door to door Telus plan only for that day.
Over a course of next 2 days, what we realized was that we were going to be out of pocket by $1270 as a result of all the plans he signed us up for and no credits. I have the entire interaction on camera with clear Audio.
I got a bill for 325 (Mobile), 89 For Internet, 140 for Home security + taxes. Also, Customer care confirmed there are no credits anywhere on the account. I managed to put in a request for Cancellation of home internet (Not been actioned ) yet. Got through to home security and they waived of $50 and reduced the monthly charges to $20 . But I am still on the hook for Samsung device. Now I will have to port over to Rogers again as and when I have time for my wife, son and myself. It was very frustrating and showed no accountability by the sales rep.
