Taken two days to speak with someone to troubleshoot and it’s -20 right now. Told it’s replacement is being mailed out - shall have it by Monday - not quite what I expected for services
Have tried for two days to get assistance it’s -20 Finally spoke to someone today who is sending out a replacement thermostat should be with me by Monday so between now and Monday how do I best my house ?
