I have home security installed few weeks ago and I'm not satisfied with the service and want to cancel it but there is absolutely no way to contact Loyalty department. I wasted my whole day today trying to reach them.

Should i contact my lawyer to report this scam???

1) It's not a scam. You're just not satisfied with a product or service. There is a massive difference. Your lawyer would also tell you this.

2) If you get your lawyer involved, the only way you'll be able to contact Telus for anything is through your lawyer and that is going to get very expensive, very fast. It will also likely take a lot longer to get anything done through the lawyers as well.

Call customer service and discuss your concerns with them. Be polite to them and things will work faster.
