Telus Home Security App - random weather location, not my house

One of the ongoing irritants with Telus is their mobile App weather report.   Since this was set up in October 2023, it has reported that weather in a distant location, with a different postal code than mine.  There is no way to adjust this, on either the mobile App or the PC version.  I have wasted time calling Technical Support.  One of the last people said, " I have taken care of this".  Surprise, they have not.

How can I fix this irritating feature if Tech Support is unresponsive????

• Check Location Services: Ensure that location services are enabled for the Telus app on your device and that it has the correct permissions to access your location.
• Alternative Weather Apps: If the issue persists and you’re not reliant on the Telus app for other services, you might want to consider using a different weather app that allows you to set your exact location.
