One of the ongoing irritants with Telus is their mobile App weather report. Since this was set up in October 2023, it has reported that weather in a distant location, with a different postal code than mine. There is no way to adjust this, on either the mobile App or the PC version. I have wasted time calling Technical Support. One of the last people said, " I have taken care of this". Surprise, they have not.
How can I fix this irritating feature if Tech Support is unresponsive????
