I got a security service from Telus, and never received any notification or communication when the camera would arrive via Canada Post. There is no tracking number nor note from Canada Post for the attempts. Spoke to John from the Loyalty department who claimed to be higher level than customer service but wasn't able to provide any support or solve any problems instead threatened to hang up my phone and leave me on hold then hung up while waiting to speak to a manager.
