My residential rental building in the Westend of Vancouver, was scheduled to have PureFibre installed, prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Would anyone have any information as to when Telus will resume these installations...Keeping in mind of course, the safety of us all?

The owners of the building would need to contact the Telus rep they would have met with, and signed the contract with, in order to set everything up. With all installs on hold, it's possible there will be a backlog now and it may take some time to clear it.
