Shouldn’t I expect an accurate invoice after ~three months of subscribing to TelusTV?

 

Shouldn’t I expect an actual invoice?

 

I know it comes as a real surprise to Toronotonians, but many people do not live in the Eastern time zone. If Telus is available on the phone until 21:00 in Ontario, shouldn’t it be available until 21:00 on Vancouver Island?

 

The telephone answering robots are horrible, and consistently stupid. Stop using them.
