I have tried every which way and numerous times to request a postage paid return boxes for telus equipment and to no avail. This should be done automatically yet it isn't. Why? My guess is so they can extort more money from their leaving customers. This happened with both mobility and home services. I understand the postal strike happened, however, that has been over for awhile. Now they are suing me? Interesting!
