Telus unfair and deceptive business practices
BEWARE of Telus unfair and deceptive business practices!
Despite submitting multiple cancellation requests for my home services, I continue to be charged for services I no longer use or have expressly requested to be terminated. This practice is not only misleading but also appears to be a deliberate attempt to collect payment for services that customers have clearly opted out of.
In addition, my Telus email account was deleted without any prior warning or notification. This action has had serious consequences, as it sabotaged my ability to receive critical financial communications from my banks and government institutions. It also disrupted my contact with family and friends, causing significant stress and hardship.

Hi there, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. That’s definitely not the level of service we want our customers to have. Service charges should stop once a cancellation request has been processed, so if you’re still seeing charges, we’ll need to review the account to confirm what’s happening and ensure the services are fully cancelled.
