Call control doesn't work for landline anymore
Call Control doesn't work for landline anymore or home phone lite.
you need to need the wireless home phone or what
the old *60 no longer works
and even *99 doesn't work

and the person who suggested first time callers enter a number doesn't know what the yare doing. it used to be just block last caller or enter a number. call control doesn't either why even have it on customer settings. Either Telus is shutt down home phone lite landline and moving everybody to wireless home phone.

for some phone calls you don't want to miss any phone calls. there is no need to require a caller to enter number. the old way was just put the phone number on the blocked list and no need for the accepted list. whoever designed this feature don't know what they ar doing.
