Telus TV+ App login error

For the last few days when I try to login to the Telus TV+ app on my phone I get a "Login failed. Sorry an error occurred. Please try again later. ERR AGL".

I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, cleared the app's cache, restarted my phone but the error continues.

Is this a known app issue that is being looked at?
