I was recently on vacation (cruise) and I have an EasyRoam charge appearing on my account during one of the days I was away ($16.00).
Some points:
- I have an iPhone
- I did have cellular turned on (to be reachable during emergencies)
- Data roaming was OFF
- I did not make any calls on this days, including voicemail.
- In my phone app, in call history, there is no record of outgoing calls.
- I did see a few incoming calls, but I promptly declined them (using my Apple Watch)
- I did not send any outgoing texts (iMessage or SMS). There are no outgoing or incoming texts on that particular day.
I'm wondering what else might have triggered this charge? Thanks!
