Its been two years since am having issue with internet connection on my mobile in one particular area but telus care and escalation manager have not help me in any way . I have filed a complaint through ccts. I can provide countless proof of how bad their Chinese customer team is and they never care about you. i just wanted my service fixed or cancel my contract but they are not doing anything instead they keep charging me every month even with providing 1 g service on the name of 5 g .can someone please help me .My life depends on gig work and without internet I can’t do anything

Don’t know but it happens atleast 1 in a day there my networks are completely gone just in this area for atleast2 years

FWIW I'm a block away from Telus' cell tower and often have to use wi-fi calling as there is just too much concrete and steel between me and the tower.
