Good day,
I used to be with Telus and switched to another company. During my time with Telus, I subscribed to the Stream+ service. When I changed from Telus to another company, I did not cancel my Stream+ subscription and am still being billed for it. Since I no longer have a Telus account, I am unable to cancel my Stream+ subscription.
I have sent two emails to support, one in January and a second one this month, but have yet to receive a response. Without an account number, it is nearly impossible to speak with someone via phone support.
Do you have any advice on how I can cancel the Stream+ subscription without a Telus account?
