Account cancellation
Hi. I wanted to ask, I am account is due for cancellation on April 8. Does that mean I have until the 8th 11:59 it it will be cancelled on the morning. Furthermore, if it gets cancelled, can I still pay the funds, start over & ask for my old number back if it hasn’t been assigned yet?
You may or may not have success getting your number back, even if it has not been reassigned. I expect your service will be cancelled in the timeline you describe. If you want to retain your number, contact Telus to see if a payment plan is available to you.
