We have a good-sized business account with Telus - 250+ lines spread across Ontario. We have noticed over the last year or so a major decrease in network speeds. We can have staff in major centres (Toronto, Mississauga, London, Hamilton, Barrie) with 5G coverage with 4 bars and the speed is comparable to dial up, dropping to LTE does not correct the issue. Has something fundamentally changed with Telus' network that may be causing this to happen? I understand if you have 1 or 2 bars you may have inconsistent data service, but if you have 4 bars the service should still work well. Curious if this is an issue for others as well.
