Hello,
I have had on-going issues with my TELUS mobility data service (and Bell) while within my workplace and other buildings (Costco, Walmart, etc) in which data is slow and continually drops to 3G without me being able to restore it to LTE or 5G.
I use an iPhone 15 Pro Max and have tried everything - re-starting, swapping SIMS, converting to eSIM, resetting network settings, turning airplane and cell data mode on and off, and researching tower locations, in addition to reporting it on the TELUS coverage map page (which no longer loads a map, nor “Report” button).
I did not have these issues with ROGERS… from what I’ve researched, it may be because Roger’s uses a lower band signal; capable of penetrating buildings.
What is the solution, and when TELUS will be addressing it. I work in emergency services and depend on my data while at work.
Thank you

FWIW I just tried the Telus coverage page and got both the map and Report button.
Not sure where you are but I suspect this is not uncommon. I live in downtown Edmonton and often have to use wifi calling in my condo (thick concrete walls) as my cell coverage isn't adequate. There is a Telus cell tower a block away. iPhone 15 Pro.
