Moto G Pure

So we recently got a whole bunch of Moto G Pure for the business.   Decent phones, but Telus has sold them with a 32bit os.  (The phone is 64Bit).   We need 64 bit to run required applications.

I spoke to Telus reps and they have informed me that Telus does this on purpose to force upgrades.

We have a bunch of these devices that TELUS has provided us that will not work.   Selling us a product that will not function correctly.

Can we get a solution for this particular issue ?  And no, we do not want to have to buy new phones to replace the brand new phones that TELUS sent us crippled.
