I was a telus business customer with 4 mobile connections. I had taken devices on "bring back" plan. I had returned 2 devices and kept 2 devices. However, they first charged my credit card for all 4 devices and some additional amounts for which they have not sent any bills too. I disputed to my credit card company for half the charge for 2 devices and I provided them proof of sending the devices back which were duly delivered to TELUS. Now telus is aksing for the disputed amount despite the fact that they have recevied my phones back. They are threatenting to report this balance to my credit to spoil my score. This is pure extortion. I have written more than 20 emails and made 10 phone call waiting for hours on each calls. They simply dont take any action or reply. What should I do to escalate this. Is there any law enforecement action I can initiate to spot this illegal action by Telus.
