I made a Telus account about a year or 2 ago and now Telus is trying to send me to general credit services for making another account at during that time that I left unpaid and that doesn’t make sense because I don’t even recall making such account let alone activating it, this is complete BS because Telus could have called me anytime to ask why I have TWO ACCOUNTS IN ONE HOUSE instead they choose to send my other account after it summed up $1000 to a credit service and they’re now threatening to ruin my credit if I don’t pay it BUT I HAVE HAD A TELUS ACCOUNT THAT I PAY MONTHLY FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS this is very frustrating and I know one way or another I’m gonna lose this stupid fight and have to pay them I’m just wandering if there is anything I can do about this because I don’t have the means to pay for this right now and it’s really unfair because I always paid my Telus bills and recently even talked to them about changing up my account and now I have to deal with this if anybody can help please I’d appreciate it!!

Noo I only got bills sent to my main email that I use for Telus. They’re trying I guess to say that I made another account when I was making my main account with a different email and everything but the thing is I don’t even remember having such an email and even if I did why would they never try to ask me why I have 2 separate accounts in one house one being paid for and the other not being paid for they never asked instead they waited until it reached $1000 to send my to collections or force me to pay it
