Hi,

I bought a new Koodo sim card with a new number on 4th Jan 2025. Immediately after the sim was made active, I got a mail stating the service is cancelled. I rushed to the store again and they told there is a fraud alert set. They asked me to send a mail to [email protected] with 2 govt. id proof. I sent the mail on the same day and also called up +1-866-493-3414 and put a voice message there. I haven't received any communication and confirmation yet. Can this be expedited as I need to sort out a lot of stuffs related to my bank account, contact address etc with the new phone num
