Has anyone else noticed that their emailed bill has the last character missing from their account number? The account number is 10 numbers but the email only shows 9. The website etc. is correct.
I almost set up my banking payment incorrectly due to this.

Hi @viccust, emails from TELUS generally present a summary of your account info (billing account number included). Our reps can look up your account based on a 9 digit account number but we'll always recommend looking to your bill or Client Service agreement when setting up online banking payments.
