hey I have had problems with my one cable box for about 6 months. I requested assistance spoke to someone on the phone for an hour and 10 minutes. with no luck to fix the issues. my bill jumped from 140 a month for all my services to 250$ a month. I'm paying for services that I can't use. I spoke to loyalty department and she tried to sell me home security she dropped my bill a touch but my services are still not working properly. I requested new boxes I receive dthem but still one is not working. once again on the phone reseting running around my home like a circus animal to fix the issues. still no luck. can you help me? I have a 450$ bill for 2 months and I can't use my cable boxes. sincerely one unhappy customer.
