Telus home security is hands down the worst security company out there.
my alarm was set off and nothing was done. I went to cancel in December of 2024 and it is now March 2025 and I still have not gotten through anyone in this department to cancel.
Just don’t buy it. Buy any other alarm company program but Telus.
3 months trying to get through their department is infuriating.

I had Telus security for several years, did not find issue with it but cancelled to cut back costs.
There was no problem in cancelling about a year ago.
Your report and countless others suggest customer service has gone downhill in the past year.
I know my patience has got up and left and wonder if it has become the new epidemic.
