Telus vacation suspension and ongoing billing confusion

Over the last 2 years I have requested a vacation suspension which is granted. Then, I get a bill every month for the entire amount, not the suspension amount.  I have phoned every month and I am assured that this is corrected.  And it is not.  Telus, can't get their billing processes accurate and it is so frustrating wasting time rectifying this.  Can someone at Telus correct my billing information?  What terrible service to have this issue for  years in a row.
