As a loyal Telus client for over 2 years, I've recently become aware of my home internet magically increasing from 72.57 to 158.81 and my cell bill went from 140 to 180....Seriously Telus?! that's an increase of 131.04 per month! Please contact me ASAP as I'd like to resolve this issue. This is not acceptable, especially at these times where everyone is struggling to get by!

Without all the info, increases in the amounts you've cited are generally related to promotional credits expiring (likely due to 2 year service agreement promos). We can have a look to see if this is the case for you. We'll send a private message your way to collect some info 🙂

Thanks for the reply, but I've already signed up for Rogers/Shaw internet. I understand that the promotion period is over, but on my salary, I can't afford my bill doubling in a couple of months. I also don't have the patience to fight with Telus over billing issues during the holiday season.
