Not angry, but disapointed
I was a Telus internet customer a while back. I was told maybe within the year that fiber will be installed in my area, this was constant year after year. I needed faster internet and had to go with Shaw. After Rogers took over Shaw, it seemed everything went down hill. So, I checked if fiber was available in my area and it's still not, my city had fiber for about 10 years. I was on chat and was told that there was a build for my address, I have the chat log. I phoned to further information. After deliberation, I came to find out; he can not see a build in my area, or doesn't have the tools to see one, and I can't even get copper internet because there are no more ports. All of the copper ports taken up in my area. I know that copper was not expanded after some date, it still means that there are customers. I know it's been a while but: Grass isn't always greener on the other side. I'm on Rogers. I woke up to an extra amount on my bill, for increased rental fees. I don't remember the exact price, but it was something stupid. I had to fight them to remove them as I was on contract with them.787Views1like0Comments
