Telus Rural Hub - noting but issues on 5G

I have had a Telus Rural Hub for 3+ years now and its worked okay.  not always flawless but I dont expect that living in the country on Cellular internet.   over the last 4 mouths our internet has been absolute  GARGAGE, and I think its stemming from moving over to 5G.    we cannot seem to keep a connection for more than 30 mins, often less.  we try unplugging and rebooting the model... but sometimes we are HOURS before we get a connection back.     I've spent more time than I want to on hold trying to connect to Telus support.. but I know all they will tell me is to unplug and reboot.  

is any one else experiencing this same issue?  we are County of Wetaskiwin, AB

  When I was with our last provider- we experienced a similar issue moving over to 3G and was basically told the provider was not going to invest any more into tower upgrade so accept it or move on.   this is when we got Telus. 
we are seriously considering StarLink once it's available in our area... but it's quiet a bit more monthly 😞
