I am a grandfathered TELUS Satellite TV subscriber (a grandfathered services resold by BELL). My location is in rural Alberta where I only have a landline TELUS phone. No internet available and basically only sporadic 2% cell service at my actual rural address due the topography.
I am at my wits end trying to find help in what the most recent packages, programs and updated costs which are available to me. Also, something that doesn't just have the small unreadable channel icons, but an actual list of the name of channels and their corresponding channel numbers, would be helpful. Can I even change my packages or some selections, such as in Pick 10 without them disconnecting my TELUS Satellite. If, the service actually gets disconnected.....I will never be able to get it back.
Also, who can I contact (by phone or email) that can actually help me directly with this problem. I have gone the usual routes, only to end up spending an great amount of time, which I do not have, with people that have no idea or have no updated info to help me with these issues.
I also subscribe to Optik TV, Internet, phone which it seems help is readily available for that, once I get my immediate concerns addressed with TELUS satellite.
Just a frustrated retiree. Any help I can get would be appreciated.
