When I signed up My internet it was supposed to be $70/month, but after a month it went up to $130/month. Then I went to take a look at my agreements somehow it was changed without my consent and it's supposed to be a 2 year agreement!

Same thing for me. My internet credits are gone. Called last month took 2 hours, thought it got fixed. it did not. Now its like impossible to get a hold of them, or get a call back. I think i'm gonna just put in a CCTS complaint soon if I can't get a hold of them. It's their mistake, why should I spend hours to correct it.
