Its supposedly a glitch on their end. I would call again and ask them to contact the agent who got you the deal. Ask for a call back with the original agent. Took me many calls to get it right. Same thing for me. My internet credits are gone. Called last month took 2 hours, thought it got fixed. it did not. Now its like impossible to get a hold of them, or get a call back. I think i'm gonna just put in a CCTS complaint soon if I can't get a hold of them. Thanks for the reply, appreciate it. hope is is resolved soon. I think its' a Telus issue cause I have friends also on Telus that is not affected. I hope both parties are not blaming each other and no one is fixing it.
