Getting error message "something went wrong try again later" for past 3 days. Called support but the tech seemed to be clueless. It used to work and is included in my plan. Any suggestions?

Also seeing exact same message when I try to activate call control. Technical help is a joke they have no idea and just keep bouncing me around.

How long has this been going on for? Can you try the few different ways you can modify Call Control outline here to see if any one method works better?
