I am subjected to a $3.00 monthly charge for 3-way calling usage. My land line does not offer this service, I don't use it, need it, or asked for it. This charge is drip down pricing, which is illegal. This has been going on for years. Every time I call I am told this will be fixed, yet it keeps happening. Telus cybersecurity must be garbage since they rarely charge me correctly and you would think with their technology they could do something. Apparently not
