Home phone call control error message

Getting error message "something went wrong try again later" for past 3 days. Called support but the tech seemed to be clueless. It used to work and is included in my plan. Any suggestions?

@Vcam Can you elaborate more on where you're seeing this or walking us through the steps to re-create it?

On my tablet - telus.com/mytelus and on my cellphone the Telus app
Under services,home phone,call control
Error message "!Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." Has been this way since at least December 11,2023.
Telus support on December 11th did some kind of a reset because my phone was not working and since then call control has not worked and I cannot access call control function on either device.

Appreciate it you can fix it, hare those robo calls.

Also seeing exact same message when I try to activate call control. Technical help is a joke they have no idea and just keep bouncing me around.

How long has this been going on for? Can you try the few different ways you can modify Call Control outline here to see if any one method works better?


It is my landline that has the issue and *99 only works on mobile
