Contract Renewal Inquiry

Huge bill increase.  They were sure persistent in wanting me to change to telus from Rogers and now that I have done that they have just abandoned me as a client.  my bill is way higher and it is terrible customer service

    It’s possible that the promotional discounts you received when you first signed up have recently ended after the 2-year term. Please send us a private message with your account details and we’ll be happy to review your plan and confirm what’s changed.

  • Its up to you to know when your contract expires and negotiate a new one.

  • You agreed to the terms of the contract that included discounts for two years of the higher price which you start to pay once the discounts expire.
