No one from Telus Bothered to contact me about my contract coming for renewal
Huge bill increase. They were sure persistent in wanting me to change to telus from Rogers and now that I have done that they have just abandoned me as a client. my bill is way higher and it is terrible customer service

It’s possible that the promotional discounts you received when you first signed up have recently ended after the 2-year term. Please send us a private message with your account details and we’ll be happy to review your plan and confirm what’s changed.

Its up to you to know when your contract expires and negotiate a new one.

You agreed to the terms of the contract that included discounts for two years of the higher price which you start to pay once the discounts expire.
