Unable to configure saved video resolution since migration from Alarm.com website to Telus website.

I can access all the pages in the website configuration except for saved video. 

This is the page I am trying to access: 

https://smarthome-security.telus.com/web/Video/SettingsSavedVideo_V2.aspx

 

I get the following error:

Oops... Something went wrong. 

Don't worry your system is fine; its just an internet thing.

 

I have a trouble ticket open with Telus. 

I assume that others have the same problem.
