Telus security camera missing some video images on cell phone app




Recently I accidentally notice that my cell phone app is missing some of the camera video images. 


For example, my newspaper carrier delivers newspaper every day to my mailbox at my entrance, and on certain days that specific video is missing. I also discovered that on certain occasions my return-to-home video is missing. I do not know what else is missing.


I am losing confidence in this security system

Is it a common problem? Does it happen to any other user?

Yes, I checked and the video is missing checked the web browser.


Calling tech support - generally, 2 to 3 hours wait time !!!
