My doorbell captures a video, open the app using my phone connected to Telus 5G network, choose video to view, spinning, spinning, spinning. Over 2 minutes and no video to view.
If I connect with WiFi it's a far faster response time.
What's missing from the App that cannot connect via Telus 5G network? I'm not always able to connect via WiFi so the whole security thing becomes a major issue on mobile networks.
Everything else on my phone is just fine but not your App, last updated Feb 2024.
Any suggestions for a valid solution?

That's definitely odd. Considering you've already performed the first level of troubleshooting and ensured the app is updated, your best bet may be to reach out directly to our SmartHome team so they can investigate further!
