When Telus employees can't answer my questions regarding my alarm service and I ask for a tech to come to our house they refuse and just say they are transferring me to Customer Service. Well Telus Customer Service means you wait on the phone for hours and no one responds. I even offered to pay for the tech if it's something we did but I think they are so scared of arranging for someone to come to my house and Telus may have to foot the bill the just disengage.
Telus has not lived up to it's promises so please come remove my system.
