What happened to Telus Customer Service???
Used to be the leader and the reason I have been a loyal Telus custiomer for years. But this is about to change!!
Need to upgrade my phone. Everywhere I ask, I get a different price for the phone. Incredible.
However, the best just happened. After talking to Telus business, I wasn't happy with the plan offered and asked to be tranferred to the LOYALTY dept. She adjusted the price of the data plan but increased the price of the phone for a net of -$1. WHAT A JOKE!!!
Please fix rapidly because after reading on your platform and online.....you are about to lose many more customers.

It’s not just Telus customer service. It’s nearly every single large company that allows>>> WORKING FROM HOME. You seeing this TD? Both of my neighbours work from home, they are constantly in and out of the house all day. As for loyalty, there is no such thing anymore. Going through the same thing with my Telus home services. I’m done with them constantly increasing my agreement pricing. Going back to Shaw when my contract runs out.
