I too have been hoodwinked into signing up with them - mobile, internet and home security. Was told my mobile will not increase if I upgrade (false, which I should have known better but the rep kept insisting after asking numerous times). Home security is just not necessary for me, but the worsted part of it is that it's really not something that is reliable. My lock that's supposed to unlock with a passcode refuses to work. The installer came back to fix it but it worked twice after he reset it then not since. Then if the internet goes out it is useless, as far as I can see it's offline then. I see this as a waste of a monthly bill which I stuck with for 3 years. I will discontinue it immediately when it my enslavement is finished. This bill says I owe extra $25 alarm permit fee and when I try to call their 1800 number I get this message you've qualified for a medical alert bracelet and the woman refused to respectfully let me go because I'm not interested. Called back and selected to bypass the offer then get the message the number I've dialed has been changed to ___ so I call that one and get the same medical alert message, bypass that and the same message, phone number has been changed but to the one I dialed they said it changed to. This is the most horrible experience I've had with trying to call to get clarification on some charge I was never told about would be on my bill. If this is the case they have falsely advertised to me from the beginning!! I will never sign up with this company again1.3KViews0likes1Comment
