One year and a half ago we changed our cell phones and were given a free camera. Never did they mention having to pay anything, they framed it as a free addition to buying our phones. I never used the system and never agreed to anything, they just sent the camera and charged me for a service I never used. What can I do about this ? I will cancel all my services with Telus as I felt mislead by the clerk. Multiple person had the same service and complaints about the free camera that was never free.
