I have now been sent my 5th android box since I moved from Shaw to Telus less than a year and a half ago. #4 stopped working a week ago and after spending over an hour with a technician, she sent another box. Box #5, (which had a little sticker on the back which I believe means “refurbished”) was plugged in and wouldn’t go any farther than the Telus logo and the circles going round and round. After spending more than 2 hours with a different technician I will be getting box #6 in 3 to 5 days. Meanwhile, my Telus bill keeps creeping up month after month. When will the managers of Telus wise up and start providing a more reliable system?

Thank you for your post, I wish others that have this problem also post having more than one Telus tuner.
I keep say there is a hardware problem, the Telus tuner is the failure point. I am convinced tech support cannot help until a new tuner is built. All they can do is replace them with new or refurbished.
