Very bad service
One year ago I called Telus to remove a line that we no longer need. I check my bill and see that they are charging me for the line I asked to be removed one year ago. I don’t even know who is using the line as it’s not me or my partner. I am considering canceling with Telus as they are really awful. yes it’s my bad for not checking before but I assumed the representative that was supposed to close the line knew what he was doing. One year and a half ago we changed our cell phones and were given a free camera. Never did they mention having to pay anything, they framed it as a free addition to buying our phones. I never used the system and never agreed to anything, they just sent the camera and charged me for a service I never used. What can I do about this ? I will cancel all my services with Telus as I felt mislead by the clerk. Multiple person had the same service and complaints about the free camera that was never free.1.3KViews1like3Comments
