Telus calls it a TV-21T
It's a customised android box made by Manufacture: Technicolor (now called Vantiva) - and model: UIW4054TLU.
If anyone uses a Harmony Remote, it can now be found (and it works) in it's remote lists using Technicolor/UIW4054TLU.

I can confirm that this works for my Harmony Hub & Elite remote! using Technicolor/UIW4054TLU - Still testing the button mappings, but you get most functionality!
Great find!!!!

Has anyone had luck finding this Telus 21T with their Sony TV? I would prefer to use my Sony remote versus the Telus remote.

You may need to enable HDMI CEC on both the box (in settings) and the TV. I can use my Sony Bravia remote to control the box. It does lag a bit compared to the TELUS remote though.
